私は、パソコンで絵を描く仕事をしています。
SMAⅡ型で寝たきりに近いです。

SMA家族の会の会員になっている母から、
「こんなのがあるよ！」と、このSMAアートオリンピックのことを
知らされ、応募させていただきました。

見た人が前向きな気持ちになれる絵がいいと思い、
メジロが、主人公の手から羽ばたいて飛ぶ姿を描きました。

早くコロナが落ち着いて、メジロのように外へ出たい
という思いも込めています。

I am a digital artist, using my PC to create artwork.

I have SMA type 2 and am nearly bedridden.

My mother, who is a member of SMA Kazoku no Kai (the Network of SMA Families), introduced the SMA Art Olympic to me, saying "Hey, look at this!", and that was a trigger to apply for this contest.

I visualised this scene when a Mejiro (Japanese white-eye bird) is released from the hands of a main character because I want people to look to the future and feel positive when they see this picture.

This image also represents my desire to go outside like this Mejiro soon when the COVID-19 pandemic is finally over.
